- Kevin De Bruyne deservedly levelled for City in the second half of a one-sided game.
- City are two points clear at the top of the Premier League while Real are eight points clear in La Liga.
- Bayern Munich beat Arsenal 1-0 in the night’s other tie to progress 3-2 on aggregate. Bayern will now face Madrid in the semifinal.
